What is state nomination?
Some visas require you to have nomination from a state or territory government, or sponsorship from an eligible relative. The states and territories offer state nomination to selected overseas skilled migrants and business people with skill-sets and business acumen required in their prospective states and territories.
State nomination provides support for your application for some General Skilled Migration or Business visas. Depending on the state or territory there maybe a charge for state nomination.
